We carefully package every THYNK order before it leaves our hands. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery and handling are managed by the carrier. Shipping carrier is the USPS, and we ship in the US at this time. If you are international, please email at hello@thynkcollective.com.

While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will gladly assist customers with tracking information and carrier claims when possible. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and help determine the best resolution.
